Abel & Cole is a pioneer of organic and sustainable food retailing

Founded by Keith Abel in 1988, Abel & Cole is enjoying tremendous popularity with about 30,000 customers, and is continually expanding its delivery area

Abel & Cole has succeeded in marrying principles with profit. The company supports its growers by planning crops and other produce in advance with them and guaranteeing an agreed fair price

Abel & Cole's employees are well looked after, too: according to the Great Places to Work Institute, Abel & Cole is one of Britain's top 20 places to work

Other Abel & Cole initiatives extend to the local community; for example, their Farmer's Choice scheme raises £4,000 a week for primary schools

I have been working closely with Keith and the management team to achieve their goals in the capacity of business consultant for many years.
